How to change the size of my picture ?

My picture on my computer is much larger than usual. My emails and web pages are being cut off and I cant even get to the up down scroll on the side of the screen . How do I fix this?How to change the size of my picture ?

Reduce the image size using Photoshop.

Your screen resolution is messed up. Right click your desktop, go to Properties (anything but Vista) or Personalize (Vista) and then look for Screen Resolution in the window that comes up. Set that to a higher number until you get the right one.
try clicking ctrl and minus sign simultaneously, or u can go to menu bar,(when u open internet explorer example) go to VIEW then drop down menus TEXT SIZE then click DECREASE.. u can try clicking everything under VIEW also, explore it.. sometimes it is just exploration that u figure things out in ur computer.. good luck!
Are you using Yahoo! browser? You might want to look into ';Personalize This Page'; at Yahoo! Home.. If you change some of the settings %26amp; everything should go back to normal. You have to fool with it. I did it %26amp; it worked.
