I have a word document that is over 25 MB, but it needs to go down to 500 KB. There are several pictures in the word document.How do I change the size of my word document to 500 KB?

You need to make those picture WAAAAAAY smaller in file size.
thats quite a size difference. Try archiving it. or store the images off document
