Windows Live Messenger 8.5 - Change top picture in main window?

In the new version of WLM (8.5) you can change the picture in the top of your main window (Main window = Where all your contacts is). You can create your own, but when I do it, it always gets blurry, because it's getting enlarged automatically.. Does anyone know how to turn this off or know the image size required to get a clear picture?Windows Live Messenger 8.5 - Change top picture in main window?

or use this program that lets you put a pic on the mail window easily and delete it easily if you don't like it
