I'm entering my baby's photo into some baby contests, but they say I need to resize the picture because it's too beg. How do I check the size, resize it and what is a good program to download for free to do what I need to do? Thanks for your help.Change size of digital prints?

I'm back. Bugs me when people seem to ignore a perfectly reasonable Q. If you use windows xp you may be able to load it into the Paint program. If so, click on the image file, select 'attributes' to see the current size, and use 'stretch/skew' to shrink it by %.
