I m learning computor literacy on my own. How do you reduce the byte sizes of a picture so that it can be loaded on to a web or forum page? I was told to edit using the default page on pc, or using the picaso ware... But I cannot reduce the byte size? click and change what properties? expert please help... and be patient with me. How to reduce the picture image size to be posted on forum?
