How do I change the size of a picture with picasa 3?

I am trying to list items for sale on Etsy. I Want to change the pixls I think to make it smallerHow do I change the size of a picture with picasa 3?
Choose File %26gt; Export Picture to Folder, or press Ctrl+Shift+S in Picasa. In the export options, there are ';Image Size Options';. Choose ';Resize To:'; and note that the default value is the current ';size'; of the image. Adjust accordingly then click ';OK';.
