I want to upload a picture that I took from my camera, to a certain website that says the picture needs to be less than 40k. So i guess mine is too big. So how can i make it smaller? thanks.How to change the size of a picture?
Use picasa software! Its free and good!
first add photo to picasa, then select photo or photos file| export pictures to folder| resize as required (adjust the bar)| OK
