Once that's downloaded and installed, let it find all of the pictures on your hard drive. Then, use the interface to resize your pictures and then export them. Try Irfanview. It's been around for quite a while. It's good and free. The program is pretty simple to use.

If you try it once you have it installed do this:



Click File at top of Irfanview then Open to load your picture

Click Image then Resize/Resample

Enter the size you want or pick from one of the Standard dimensions

If you enter a size make sure Keep Aspect Ratio is selected.

Click OK.
