How can you change the size of a picture on Microsoft Word 2007?

I'm trying to get a picture to 3x3 but i cant find a scale anywhere.How can you change the size of a picture on Microsoft Word 2007?
left click on the picture and resize the picture with the sizing handles(the square)with your mouse.How can you change the size of a picture on Microsoft Word 2007?
First click the picture if it's in the document. At each side there should be boxes. Drag one of the boxes, there you have it you have resized your picture.
Right-click the picture and select ';Size...'; from the context menu. You can type in the horizontal and vertical sizes from there. If your picture isn't perfectly square and you want it to be, uncheck ';Lock aspect ratio'; under the ';Scale'; section.
