Changing picture size?

I was wondering what I could do to change my settings for

attaching pictures. It seems that everyone I try to send pictures to get them huge and I'm not sure how to fix that. At first I thought it was just their system making them huge but it seems that every person I send pictures too has the same problem. They all say they get them the size of the entire computer screen. So I was just wondering what I could do to fix that.Changing picture size?
Your settings have nothing to do with it. The pictures are actually that large. Use a graphics editor to resize them.
