How do you put a link on my Facebook fan page?

How do i make it so like when some people have on their fan page is ';CLICK HERE'; and you have to click on it to go to the site, how do you do that? And i also want to know how to change the font and size of the text when your writing something on a facebook fan page tab and the last thing is how do you make a survey on it, like they have to complete an iq quiz or something to see the picture.
