How do I change the size of a picture, to put on my myspace page?

I found a picture on google I want to put on my myspace profile, but if I save it and download it to photobucket. I can't make the picture bigger, only smaller. Does anyone know how I can make a picture bigger?How do I change the size of a picture, to put on my myspace page?
