How can i change the size of all my images at once?

i took a lot of pictures to make a stop motion video, like 200 pictures, and all of them are too big to fit on the video screen, so is there a way to change the size format of all the pictures i have without going through each one, one at a time?How can i change the size of all my images at once?

If you don't have Photoshop, download Faststone Viewer (freeware!) and select all 200 pics, do a batch resize/format - presto.
