How to change a size of a digital picture.?
hey I can help you with this. You can go about this is a couple of ways. 1) you can go to download.com and download a program that can be use for picture editing such as FastStone Image Viewer or another program that catches your interest. 2) You can upload your photos to an online website such as Photobucket.com or Tinypic.com and you can edit your pictures that way and be able to add them onto blogs, forums, websites, profiles, you name it; and the best part is that it stays on there so your computer crashes and you loose all your files, the pictures will still be uploaded onto the website and you can retrieve them. Both of these ways are free. Have fun editing and be creative!
You need something to edit your picture.



I use irfanview for resizing... it's freeware, easy, and you can do a whole set of pics at one time with the batch conversion feature.
