How to change the size of a watch strap/band?

i need to know how to change the strap/band size of my wrist watch.

The actual clasp itself on the watch is adjustable as is the wristband on this one. The links on the band with arrows indicate where pins can be removed and replaced to take a link out of the band to make it shorter. The clasp can be adjusted by moving the pin holding it on the band to another set of holes in that row of holes to make it shorter or longer as needed. It's pretty simple to do if you have some small tools but if not, a jeweler could do it for you in a matter of minutes.
