How can i change the size of all my images at once?

i took a lot of pictures to make a stop motion video, like 200 pictures, and all of them are too big to fit on the video screen, so is there a way to change the size format of all the pictures i have without going through each one, one at a time? How can i change the size of all my images at once?
Batch Resizer:

Picture Resizer 3.5 - http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resiz鈥?/a>

FastStone Photo Resizer (Batch resize, rename, convert and/or add watermarks to images easily with Photo Resizer - Freee): http://dottech.org/freewaresr/4962

I think the new Picasa 3.5 has a batch resizer option.

Open them with paint, and click ';image%26gt;%26gt;stretch/skew.'; At the top part (it should say ';stretch';, go in the boxes that say 100%, and depending on how small you want your pictures, type in a number (i.e. 50 on both horizontal and vertical will make it half the size it was) and then save. I hope this works :) Play around a little bit before saving your pictures. FYI: both numbers need to be the same, ot this could stretch your pics and make them look funky.
you can automate this using Image Alchemy.
