How do i change the size of a picture to email,,it , kb's too big to send?

I'm trying to send a picture and my email keeps telling me its too big,,, I need to make itsmaller,,, HOWHow do i change the size of a picture to email,,it , kb's too big to send?

Most digital cameras come with a program to adjust your photos. The program should have a menu bar at the very top... try looking under tools for an option that will allow you to resize your photo (mine says ';manipulate photo';). There you should be able to change it to a smaller kb. Good luck!
