Change of picture size?

Yeah, I have a picture on my computer, that needs to be 42x59. How can I change the picture size without cutting some of it off? Please help. It's for school(:Change of picture size?
Download VSO Image Resizer, install it, and then right click on the picture you want to resize. There should be a new feature to resize it with VSO Image Resizer. Choose your resolution, click OK and you should be done.



I don't use that type of software anymore as long as I am connected to the internet now... I simply open an online page that can do it :) Picnik sometimes helps
